Duncan McBain is the principal director responsible for international relations. He has worked in the pesticide industry throughout his commercial career. After graduating at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, he started as a trainee with the then Fisons group. During his corporate career, Duncan held responsible posts in development, marketing and general management in the UK and internationally. |
 Mike Turner Technical Director |
Michael Turner is technical director of Oxford Plant Sciences. After gaining his degree at Plymouth University, he joined the company in 1983 and now runs the trials facility at Oxford. He is responsible for ensuring the company carries out its trials programmes and meets its technical performance targets.’ |
